To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If Your Order Is Sent Through Pudo

If your order is sent via Pudo:

To track your parcel, simply visit this link, select “Track a Parcel,” and enter your Waybill number which will be provided as soon as your e-mail is being processed.

For additional logistical support, you can also contact Pudo directly at 0861 203 203, using your tracking number as a reference.

If Your Order Is Sent Through DSV

To track your parcel, visit this link and select “Track a Parcel.” Enter the Waybill number provided below to get your order details.

For additional logistical support, you can also reach DSV at 0861 000 853, using your tracking number as a reference.

  • Main centres: 3-7 working days
  • Western & Eastern Cape: 5-7 working days
  • KZN: 3-5 working days
